Coca-Cola Amatil

01. OVERVIEW
This case study presents two years of collaboration with the marketing team, during which I served as the UI designer, developing over 30 pages of infographics in an app format.
02. THE CHALLENGE
Increase sales
The problem statement
Coca-Cola Amatil needed to create an application that would assist their salesforce in effectively promoting CCA beverage products while fostering long-term client relationships by highlighting the advantages and insights that Coca-Cola Amatil provides.
Project Goals
-
Engage with all stakeholders and managers across every department to gather insights and infographics, integrating them into the application.
-
Develop a user-friendly app that empowers the sales team to attract clients and increase product sales.
03. THE BEGINNING
The Approach
Our team initiated the process by gathering essential data for the application from various internal sources. After the information was compiled and approved by senior management, it was forwarded to my manager, who collaborated with me to organize the data. We developed wireframes followed by high-fidelity prototypes.
My primary responsibility throughout this process was to design the user interface layouts for the entire application, which encompassed selling stories, infographics, shopper insights, and additional tools aimed at not only impressing the client but also enhancing their sales performance.
04. UPDATES
Second Iteration
Following a year of research, my manager organized user interviews and testing sessions. After analyzing the gathered data, I was tasked with developing the second iteration of the app design. My proposals received approval from senior management before being handed over to the development team.

04. FINAL OUTCOME
Results
Effective collaboration and communication are essential for developing an application that integrates seamlessly across various departments in a large organization. Thanks to the outstanding teamwork among my colleagues and other managers, the 3DPICOS app received the 2016 Right Execution Daily GCCL award, presented by The Coca-Cola Company. This application has also been adopted by another bottling company in Singapore in 2021.
